This is a landing page. It stores an email address only if you enter one yourself in the form under Delete account (German) — and nothing else. No tracking, no cookies, no ad networks.

What gets stored

Email address from a deletion request

Only if you enter it yourself under Delete account (German). Purpose: to confirm the request to that exact address and then delete the account — a form that deletes on request alone would be a delete button for other people’s accounts. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR in conjunction with Art. 17 GDPR. The request is deleted as soon as it has been dealt with, after three months at the latest.

Timestamp

When the request came in — so the deadline stays verifiable.

Former waiting list

Until 14 September 2026 there was a form here for registering interest in the Android release (address, timestamp and a fixed word for the source; legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). PROOF has been in both stores since then, the form is gone, and no new entries are possible. The existing ones will be deleted after the announced message, at the latest twelve months after the entry.

Server logs

Vercel and Supabase keep technical logs (IP address, timestamp, requested address) to operate the service and to prevent abuse. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

What does not happen

• No analytics tools, no Google Analytics, no pixel.
• No cookies. Which is why there is no consent banner here either.
• No fonts from third-party servers. Anybody and Instrument Sans ship with the page — no connection to Google is made when you open it.
• No sharing of the address with third parties, no sale, no trade.

Who processes the data

Vercel

Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA — hosting of this page. Transfer to the USA on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Supabase

Storage of the deletion requests (and of the former waiting list). The database is located in the EU (region eu-central-1, Frankfurt).

For how long

A deletion request is deleted as soon as it has been dealt with, after three months at the latest. Entries from the former waiting list disappear after the announced message, at the latest twelve months after the entry. You can have your address removed at any time before that — an informal email is enough.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). You can withdraw consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

The app

PROOF itself processes more than this page — photos above all, and those are personal data. A separate policy applies to it: Privacy Policy (App). Its German version is the one registered with the App Store and Google Play.
